I felt relaxed immediately with Pia. She has such beautiful soft, light and yet powerful energy. It was easy and comfortable to be open in my sharing with her.
During the early part of the session, I experienced energy moving throughout my body, and unexpectedly strongly in my head. A past life escape occurred, then relief and safety.
I sensed strong healing in my base chakra.
Pia was gentle, clear, and encouraging throughout the session, explaining what she was doing, asking how I felt, and providing a safe cocoon for the entire experience.
Towards the end of the session, I felt SO light, free, expanded, more than 2 metres tall, and I was surrounded by loving beings.
